Stephens College Digital Signage Submission Form
Digital signs are displayed across campus in high-traffic areas and are designed to create quick awareness of events, services and campus information. Content appears in a rotating slideshow, with each slide displayed for 5-10 seconds. Because of this, digital signage works best for simple, visual messages that direct viewers to learn more elsewhere. All graphics are required to include a clear call to action (URL or QR code).
